Organic Jojoba Oil is similar to skin’s natural oils, which is why it is absorbed easily and fast. Jojoba oil helps balance out the natural oil levels of the skin. It balances out the richness of the product.
Vitamin E is a strong antioxidant, which aids cellular respiration, protects the skin cells, and rejuvenates and firms the skin.
Benzoin Oil or Resin is a gently warming, subtly vanilla scented euphoric oil. Benzoin resin is effective in caring for the skin, it heals cuts, and can also be used to treat pigmentation. Benzoin resin has a relaxing and harmonizing effect, but it may also lift the spirits and invigorate the senses.
Pine Essential Oil has disinfectant and antiseptic properties and it brings the fresh scent of a forest into the product. It opens and strengthens your airways. Pine oil also enhances blood circulation and reduces muscle pain, as well as arthritic symptoms. Resin scented pine oil is known to increase positive traits such as durability, persistence and self-confidence.
Palmarosa Essential Oil is a refined floral scent, which strengthens and invigorates nerve functions, while elating and lightening the mood. As a strong antibacterial oil, it kills bacteria and viruses, and heals inflamed skin. It also balances the sebum production and heals old scars and burst blood vessels.
Organic Raw Shea Butter adds richness while being an occlusive agent, which allows the skin to breathe. It contains plenty of vitamin A. Due to the oleic acid in shea butter, it softens the skin efficiently, and enhances skin's natural protective barrier. Oleic acid is present in the sebum our skin secretes naturally, so shea butter helps by balancing our skin's own sebum secretion. Despite its firm in composition, shea butter is absorbed easily, and it also helps skin absorb other ingredients. In addition, it contains phytosterols which help stimulate cell formation. Shea butter is compatible with a variety of skin types from dry to ageing, and in small amounts even suitable for oily skin.
Your Ritual
Take a small dab of the balm and spread it onto your hands. There is no added water in the cream, so a small amount is enough to moisturise your skin. Let it dry for a few seconds. When used in excess, it takes longer to be absorbed. Suitable for hands, feet and the entire body.
